Meet Larry

Larry faced a dark time in his life when he lost his housing in 2016. He came to Union Gospel Mission for help, but wasn’t ready to commit to life change until Covid hit in 2020. After hitting rock bottom, Larry was finally ready to embrace Union Gospel Mission’s Discipleship Program. As Larry grew in his relationship with God, his love of art was rekindled, and he began painting again. Today, Larry is a successful artist living independently. He has had six art shows and his work has been featured on the local news!
