Dallas, TX – May 14, 2018 Union Gospel Mission (UGM) Dallas announced Daryl Langley as May’s Volunteer of Month. Mr. Langley, a licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, serves UGM Dallas at the Calvert Place teaching life skills for those affected by substance abuse. His experience counseling youth with Homeless Bound in Dallas has made him a very effective part of the program as he connects, engages and helps the disciples to grow.
“Union Gospel Mission Dallas has numerous events that take place above and beyond our day to day operations. It is the faithfulness of our incredible volunteer team that allows us to successfully serve our community ,” stated Pastor Anthony Jackson, Director of Men’s Ministry Union Gospel Mission Dallas. “We are honored to have Mr. Langley as a volunteer and friend of the mission. As a token of our appreciation, Mr. Langley was given a $50 gift card to Off the Bone Barbeque.”
